This framework details the processes necessary to ensure the goals and policy objectives are embedded across every part of government and its partnerships with civil society, the private sector and development agencies. It also outlines the process to ensure that there will be regular tracking and reporting on progress towards achieving the national vision through the implementation of plans throughout Vanuatu.
