This document presents the 2020-2025 VPride Strategic Plan.
VPride embarked on its a strategic planning and organisation development process in September of 2019. The goal of the process was to plan for its activities and partnerships for the next 5 years, and simultaneously work to strengthen the organisation.
VPride was supported in this process by Oxfam in Vanuatu and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community’s (SPC) Pacific Commonwealth Equality Project, and it was facilitated by Human Capacity Development International (HCDI).
The process included a series of participatory planning and preparation meetings.
The resulting week-long session included 15 key members of VPride and used a variety of strategic planning tools, including appreciative inquiry, action learning and systematization.
A key component was a stakeholder session which generated valuable input from partners, allies and other stakeholders.
The week concluded with an Annual General Meeting, at which a new VPride Board was elected and the revised Constitution was approved.

VPride’s strategic plan is based on its mission, vision and values, and it is organised around the UNDP LGBTI Inclusion Index.
VPride looks forward to collaborating with Vanuatu government and with its partners and allies in successfully implementing this plan.
